Jealous of the Shoemaker

I swear, sometimes I just want to be an accountant. I have always liked math.  The temptation to follow a 'career path' that has already been blazed, paved, and added to the atlas is similar to fast food.  It just seems so much easier.  I really don't know how this idea of mine is going to play out, and the predictability of a more cut-and-dried job path sounds like falling asleep with my shoes on after a REALLY long day.
